The family!

We've had some great days together with papa on spring break. Good giggles, and great photos!

Maya is 3 months old!

This baby amazes me. She is the sweetest, happiest most affectionate child I have ever known. I adore her with all my heart. I was so worried that I couldn't love her as much...so far that is the least of our problems! I love how much papa has picked up the camera these days to capture mayas grins, coos and sweet faces. She is sleeping better on her own, eats like a little champ, and just loves watching her big sissy...so much fun to come.

Molly hits the slopes!

Papa has been WAITING to get molly on skis...and the opportunity finally arrived! A pretty spring day at winter park, about two weeks after she turns two, we spent about an hour teaching molly about the world of skis! It was a calm lesson, she took to it right away, not at all afraid. We didnt get to ride the chair lift, but molly had her own personal papa to carry her up the bunny slope! It was great, and Im sure we will be out a few more times this season. Then to top the day off, papa got a steal of a deal on a REAL pair of skis for next year! Look out!

Birthday morning was a sweet day around the house. Molly had candles in her pancakes, showed Maya how to "fish" for manini mauw, and papa got some great photos of the girls. I cant believe that our "baby" is two years old. She is such a big girl...going potty all by herself, constantly taking her own clothes on and off, and in general, displaying her independence. She LOVES to go see "all the friends," whether that is play group or malia and baby addie. She is a little terror on the play ground, and often surprises us as to what she has climbed up on at home. She still loves reading her books, and has gotten to be quite the little artist with her paints and crayons. While we have been blessed with some of the difficulties that come with a two year old, we are so lucky to have such an amazing little girl!

Molly turns two!

While a bit overwhelming, molly's 2nd B-day was also wonderful! It was a beautiful spring day in the mountains, and we were surrounded by the most amazing collection of friends from all over the place! It was a great day filled with giggles with malia, nugs with hannah, learning how to ride her new bike, truly enjoying yummy lady bug cupcakes, and lots of great food and presents! Thanks everyone for loving us- especially my beautiful two year old!
